As my blog is still very new I thought I'd give you all a backstory on my sneaker collection and my favourite brands/styles.
I actually have accumulated a lot of shoes over the years but definitely more so in the last year. My day to day wear is basically only sneakers now so I've been buying them a lot more frequently. (Probably more frequently than I should be if you ask my friends/family!)
My favourite brand at the minute (and for quite a while) has been Adidas. They're really killing it at the minute and I shop the brand so often. My favourite shoes of mine at the minute is a throw up between two of my Adidas trainers. It's between the Adidas NMD XR1's in black and the Adidas Primeknit Tubular Trainers I own. They're actually two pretty different shoes but I love them both for different reasons. The NMD XR1's have the Boost sole and this literally makes you feel like you're walking on clouds. They're the most comfortable shoes I own, hands down! The style of this shoe is also really cool, I love how sleek these look. I also think for a girl they are a really flattering shape of shoe and suit so many different outfits! My Primeknit Tubular shoes are also a favourite as they look so good with tracksuit bottoms or jeans.. Anything really! They are super comfy (just slightly less like walking on a cloud as the Tubular sole is slightly more stiff). I love the print on these shoes and that they come a little higher on the ankle. This is also super flattering when wearing a skinny fit trouser!
I will properly review shoes more regularly so I don't want to talk too much about the shoes I own so I'll give you a quick list of my top 5 in my collection right now. Those are my top 2 above and the order swaps on the daily to be honest!
At 3 I'd say it is my Nike Jordan Reveal's in Black. These shoes are heavenly. I got them while visiting England last year and they've definitely got their wear anyway. I'm constantly wearing these with tracksuits, jeans and even dresses during the warmer weather last year! They're a great shoe.
Number 4 would be my Adidas Tubular Shadow Knit. I know these shoes have basically been nicknamed the 'Fake Yeezy' but I still really like them. They're a cool and different looking shoe and the closest I'll get to a Yeezy anytime soon with my bank account unless my luck actually comes through on one of the release days (some day I know it will!!). The resell price on Yeezys is a little ridiculous and I think rocking these is definitely a lot better than being conned out of my money or worse.. Wearing a fake pair of Yeezys. Ugh.
At 5 I definitely think it's my Puma Fierce in Black/White. Puma killed it with these shoes. They're super cool looking and like nothing I'd seen before! I love the style of them and the laceless look. I can literally wear these with anything and they're super comfortable. They are the coolest shape and I love the high tongue at the front. These shoes sold out so quick and I had to fight to find a pair. I finally found some online and I'm sure the quick sell out was down to Kylie Jenner endorsing them!
That's my top 5 for now and I'll let you know how it changes/upgrades in the future!!
